Nettle, the young Earl of Arden's mother, is sick with plague. He desires a cure for her. Alcyon desires a family to call her own. However, maybe the things they are looking for can both be obtained through one another. Of course Nettle and Alcyon aren't the only ones searching for such a potion. If it were to somehow fall into the hands of a greedy human, or a mage even, it could spell disaster for the entire known world.
